Design&Build

Process

Step 1:Initial Discussion

Say ‘hello’ to our wonderful Customer Happiness team who will kick-off your journey with us. Together, you’ll discuss the who, what, where, when, why and how’s of your dream space. We'll show you some examples and templates, and confirm what you really want in your dream space.

Step 3:Design

According to your requirements, we will make concept design, including floor, wall, storage space, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room. After all this is shown to you, the details are refined through discussion and your final requirements are confirmed.

Step 5:Construct

Our project manager will visit you and communicate with you about the workflow and confirm the details. After the final confirmation of relevant precautions, we will start the work and start the demolition.

Step 2:Consultation

Once we have defined your final requirements, we will introduce you to our project managers and designers. They will discuss the details according to your requirements and finally confirm your renovation plan.

Step 4:Quote

After clarifying the final design scheme, we will confirm with you the confirmation of details and materials. We will according to your final demand, make a contract, and sign. We will officially launch the project in accordance with the contract, and of course we also need your cooperation.

Step 6:Project Management

We will start our work and of course during the process we will keep in touch and we will build your dream space. If you have special requirements during the operation, we will confirm and sign a supplementary agreement by email. We will complete your dream space presentation on time.
